Take a few ice cubes and wrap it in a cotton cloth. Place it in your abdomen and compress your abdomen with it for about 15 minutes. Repeat this a few times in a day of the symptoms persists. Do this every until the cycle is over.

Cinnamon For Heavy Periods-

Cinnamon is a commonly used home remedy to treat period issues. It is also effective in heavy periods as it regulated the flow of blood when consumed during periods
Boil a stick of cinnamon in about 200 ml water for 5-10 minutes. Strain and drink the tea warm. Drink cinnamon tea two times in a day.

Garlic For Heavy Periods-
